What is Happiness?
Happiness is an emotion, that comes whenever you feel satisfied, pleasure, proud, and all positive stuff, right... That makes you smile.. feel good, and healthy.. n more..
And every creature, obviously human, is experiencing happiness at least once in their life.
So everyone knows how it feels and works, much or not.
But how to be Happy?
Be happy at all times, throughout the entire period of your life span, or for one full month; at least a day is thought impossible. Everyone knows it's impossible to have a full, happy life. So they want a half-full happy life.
So how do we get that half-full happy life?

You have to understand one thing: happiness is about your mindset.
If you feel okay with what you have, then you will be happy. Or else you are postponing happiness.
This difference is between being happy with a normal house and wanting a luxurious one.
And I never mean that you have to always be okay and happy with your ordinary regular boring things. I just say if 'okay', you get happiness early, and if 'not ok', then take time. Both mindsets give happiness, but there is a change in time.
And I am not talking. Sorry, typing about temporary or life hack happiness like doing exercise or being smiley, etc. That things are also important, but here I am talking (typing) about the fulfillment of happiness.
So try to understand your mindset. Everyone has a 'not ok' mindset, except some of the saints in the world.
Failure is happiness.
Prepare yourself to be happy. If you failed, failed, and failed again, Now you ask how to be happy now in this situation. You may think a worse situation is not happy one to be happy, but actually that gives you happiness, which boosts your happiness later.
Let's think or imagine if you tried to get a top-paid job but failed many more times, and finally you got success. Now tell me how you feel. That is happiness.
