"Hy Orange" I talked to the orange, "Seeing you without apple was hard to me".

Orange was doing its routine. I never seen she worried about her housemate. No such behaviour of sadness. It looks normal for me. Maybe orange cried under the water. I can't say the emotions of orange by just seeing her.

By the way, days rolling with orange and eat-sleep-wank cycle. 

"Look here, turtle." Supervisor friend showing my pet to her Girlfriend via video call. He continued, " he murdered another one which named apple and this is orange."

I was thought about something. From last few days its itching me. 

"What you are thinking?" Supervisor friend asked me, after he getting bored with video call.

"I need a new rent home."

He replied the obvious common reply 'why'.

"The time was up for turtles here." I continued, "I told to my house owner that there is no turtles here after 2 months. So he will probably ask me about turtles when come to collect rent."

"But how will you afford? To pay rent?" He said.

"I don't know"

Both became quiet. He looked again to the phone for text message from his girlfriend, began romantic texting and showing teeth.

"Do you have any job offer" 

He nodded.

"What happened to you?" A government hospital nurse questioned me. Supervisor friend and I was in government hospital at afternoon. 

"I stepped on the rusty nail." I said to her.

"When you stepped on nail?" She said in blank tone.

"At work .. Yesterday .."

"Why didn't you come yesterday?" She said in specially made government staffs tone.

"I … forgot …"

She injected the Tetanus-diphtheria shot into my blood, gave me some pills, and moved away to continue her chitchat with her colleagues.

"Is this finished?"

"Haan.. that's all" she said and back to the chat.

 I inserting a key into lock of home, and turned, and entered into the home with supervisor friend. He reached to my pet's tray before me and checked.

"turtle was gone!" He said in shock.

"Hyyyyyyyyyyy...." I shouted in response, examined over the room and found Orange. 

A rat was stopped feasting Orange alive, turned and looking me. Orange was screeching soundless but her sound was tearing my heart. Her abdomen shell was holed. Her rear leg fingers are chopped. Blood was strained over the shell. And she struggled to survive from the rat.

I roared again. So that rat ran away. I took Orange carefully. She was in fear, in pain and distrustfulness. She bite my finger by stretching her head towards. I was panting, my blood pressure raised than usual.

"Buy the cotton.." I said to supervisor friend.

"Where?"

"From medical shop" I said as examined Orange and notified my friend was still not went out.

"What?" I asked him.

"where is the medical shop near by"

"F*ck, go out and find somewhere" I barked.

Hell, the wounds are severe. It was too hurtful for her. I can see the intestine, cleaned the blood strains with cotton which my friend brought now. And applying coconut oil. 

Orange walked handicappedly. I didn't want to see her in this state. I couldn't. 

"Hey, can we leave this turtle into some river?" I asked.

"Which river is running in our hometown"

"Hm.  Ponds or some lake. Now get up. We will leave this into some water place "

"Now!..  within 25 kilometres radius. No water places .. how we can go ? We don't have bike now." He said, was sat on the cot.

I called some of contacts to know there's any river or water places here. One of them told me that i will leave your turtle into lake near his office on next day. I agreed his willingness.

Then I swifted the gaze poor wounded pet to supervisor friend. He played with his smartphone and said "Just give him this next day. Other than what we do now".
